Associate Degree of Applied Arts

The Associate of Arts Degree in Animation offers courses in traditional and digital presentation and manipulation of graphic elements necessary for the acquisition of skills in Animation. The program assists students in developing a broad foundation of skills and knowledge in animation addressing such topics as: introduction, intermediate and advanced animation, drawing fundamentals, design and color, digital 3D, illustrative figure drawing, digital cinematgraphy, level and set design, digital post-production, media/broadcast animation and the opportunity for a 3D animation internship and production of an animation portfolio.
