Designed for mid-management careers, this course emphasizes practice of management skills through participation in a computer simulation. Topics covered include: strategic process management, manufacturing systems, operations strategy, product design, process technology selection, capacity planning, resource planning and scheduling, inventory control, project management and quality/productivity improvement tools and strategies.
