"Building a Better Intermediary" is an ethics workshop to include a review of some of the general insurance laws relating to marketing and fiduciary duties and include analyzing a client's needs and determining product suitability. "Ethics for Insurance" discusses how inadequate or inappropriate insurance products can have a significant impact on an individual, a family, or a business by reviewing cases that have landed agents in front of a judge and discuss what went wrong.
