Provides an in-depth view of criminal law. Familiarizes students with the basic criminal justice process and procedures. Analyzes the substantive criminal law, its scope and definition, classification and the elements constituting the more common crimes. Prerequisite: 10-504-111, 10-504-135. Meets LESB performance objectives.
