Juvenile Law

Examines the philosophy and workings of the juvenile court and Wisconsin’s Children’s (Chapter 48) and Juvenile Codes (Chapter 938) beginning with the police and ending with the disposition of a child in need of protective services (C.H.I.P.S.) or a delinquent juvenile. Also examines sensitive crimes (Chapter 948). Prerequisite: 10-504-135. Meets LESB performance objectives.
