Follows the US Department of Transportation EMT–Basic course curriculum. Patient contact experience required. This course meets requirements for certification with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and educational requirements for EMT licensure in Wisconsin. Prerequisite: CPR certification at professional level. Students must be at least 18 years old.
