Bakery Internship

Provides an opportunity to gain practical work experience through supervised internships at approved job sites. Students develop written competency plans with individualized objectives that compliment and enhance instruction given in bakery labs. Prerequisite: completion of all core courses in the Baking/Pastry Arts program or consent of instructor.

Prerequisites: Prerequisite: Reserved for Baking/Pastry students who have completed all other baking program courses.
