In "Baking: European Desserts," explore cookies, cakes, and pretty and tasty pastries from various European countries. "Baking: French Baguettes" is for beginning bakers who will learn to make French baguettes and sourdough French baguettes using herbs and other ingredients. In "Baking: Italian Desserts," enjoy preparing common and not-so-common Italian desserts. In "Baking: Sourdough Breads," make and taste sourdough breads, pancakes, cakes, and main dishes. "Cake Decorating" covers creating, outlining and filling-in designs, writing messages, star and shell borders, drop flowers, roses, stems, and leaves; students are expected to purchase some supplies, such as bags and decorating tips, for this class. In "Cooking for Busy People," learn how to make quick entrees, desserts, and many other dishes. "Cooking for Diabetics" teaches easy, tasty and nutritious recipes for the diabetic that the whole family will enjoy; everything is furnished. In “Cooking with Chicken,” enjoy preparing a variety of delicious and economical chicken dishes. "Cooking: Asian Cuisine 1" is a “chef-at-your-side” class that uses market available natural ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to prepare popular Asian meals wth easily made entrees and healthy dishes. "Cooking: Asian Cuisine 2" is a “chef-at-your-side” class that uses market available natural ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to prepare popular Asian meals wth easily made entrees and healthy dishes. In "Cooking: Cajun Cuisine," sample many recipes that are student-prepared and learn about the wide range of flavors and the difference of Cajun and Creole cooking. In "Cooking: Easy Appetizers," learn how to calculate the proper amount you need, ideas for serving, recipes and techniques for hot and cold appetizers using a variety of ingredients. In "Cooking: Healthy and Tasty" learn how to trim fats, calories, and more out of your cooking and make dishes that are great to eat and quick to fix in a hands-on class. In "Cooking: Italian," students will prepare and sample a variety of delicious Italian dishes. In "Cooking: Mediterranean Cuisine," explore the healthy cuisine from countries that border the the Mediterranean, such as France, Spain and Italy. In "Cooking: Mexican," create delicious Mexican dishes; no experience is necessary and there is nothing to bring. In "Cooking: Quick & Tasty Soups," learn how to make delicious soups, including chowders, stews, broth, stock, vegetables, and soup making short-cuts.
