In "Art with Camera and Computer," projects begin with the use of a digital camera and include learning to work with light and shadow, composition and point-of-view; after transfering images to the computer, the students will use Photoshop Elements for artistic image manipulation, enhancing the original works. In "Buying a Digital Camera", learn about resolution, photo storage, controls, and features to help you choose your new digital camera. The "Digital Camera Photography Workshop" is intended for those who understand the basic point-and-shoot operation of their digital cameras, but who desire to learn additional features on their digital camera, better understand their digital camera’s functions and improve their photo-taking skills. The "Digital Camera Photography Workshop" is intended for those who understand the basic point-and-shoot operation of their digital cameras, but who are seeking assistance in taking better pictures and making better use of more of their digital camera’s features. "Digital Photography Advanced" will cover topics such as: setting custom white balance, using an off camera flash creatively, overriding automatic camera controls, shooting in the RAW mode, choosing lenses for various shooting situations, and other topics. Using a "Digital Camera Basics" covers the fundamentals of point-and-shoot digital camera photography, explanation of typical camera controls, adjusting and using flash, shooting modes, camera set-up menu, and exposure controls, and how to retrieve photos from the camera.
