This course unites aerobics and weight training. Focus is on enhancing cardio-respiratory endurance with activities such as jogging, bicycle conditioning, cardio-kickboxing, step aerobics and improving muscular fitness with circuit and strength training. Also covers exercise principles and basic nutrition.
