Mathematical Analysis is an integrated treatment of topics from college algebra and trigonometry lays a sound foundation for higher courses in mathematics. This course includes linear and quadratic functions, other polynomial functions, rational functions, radical functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, the trigonometric functions, and some analytic geometry in the plane. Prerequisite: Intermediate Algebra, 20-804-201 (with a grade of AB or better) or Intermediate Algebra Parts 1, 20-804-202 and 2, 20-804-203 (with a grade of AB or better in both parts), or appropriate placement score.
