Clinical Experience

Students participate 40 hours per week for six weeks of assigned clinical experience in an optometric or clinic setting. The student is expected to achieve specific educational objectives determined for this experience. Prerequisite: satisfactory completion of all first-semester courses plus enrollment in second-semester courses.11

Credits: 3

Prerequisites: Students must be enrolled in the Optometric Technician Program. Students must also be concurrently enrolled in Clin Op Proc (516-327), Cont Len (516-330), Op Spec Test (516-335), Pract Manage (516-340), PreClinical (516-345)
