The Supervisory Management program is designed to meet the increasing demand for trained supervisors. The program content provides supervisory training and education for individuals presently employed in supervisory positions and also those who wish to prepare themselves for such a position. Choices for students as well as business and industry employers include: (1) Standard Semester Format curriculum divided into 3 development areas--management skills, critical leadership skills, and personal enrichment; (2) Accelerated Fastrack Programming reduces in-class time commitment by 50 percent (classes meet the same night once each week). Students can complete Supervisory Management specific courses in 18 months; (3) On-site Training for business and industry - courses provided at the time
